RETURN POLICY

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

Defective Product Exchange, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on www.astylo.in, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Defective Product Exchange

Exchange requests are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects.
Requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories.
Submission of a clear opening/unboxing video is mandatory.
Requests submitted without the mandatory unboxing video shall be rejected without exception.
All exchange requests are subject to verification, approval, and product availability.
Exchange pickup and shipping charges shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

2. Return Policy

Stitched Products:
- Exchange permitted only for size-related issues, subject to availability.
- Request must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
Original shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing
astylo.fashionstore22@gmail.com with order details and clear images/videos.
Claims shall be processed only after verification.
Products damaged due to usage, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for Exchange, Return, or Refund.

4. Delivery Acceptance Guidelines

Customers must not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears damaged, tampered, or open.
Customers must verify product details and quantity against the invoice before accepting delivery.
Any discrepancy or visible damage must be clearly mentioned on the courier delivery receipt at the time of acceptance.
If damage is discovered after opening the package, customers must contact AStylo In. immediately via E.Mail: astylo.fashionstore22@gmail.com.

5. Reverse Pickup & Self-Courier Policy

Reverse pickup timelines generally range from 1–5 business days, subject to serviceability and location.
If reverse pickup is unavailable at the customer’s location:
- The customer must self-courier the product in unused condition with all original packaging with tags and invoices attached.
- A valid courier receipt/POD must be emailed to astylo.fashionstore22@gmail.com
Courier charges shall be reimbursed up to ₹100, subject to receipt verification.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected .
Refunds are processed:
- To the original payment method for prepaid orders.
- To AStylo In Wallet for COD orders, transferable to a bank account upon request.
Refund timelines may vary depending on banking partners.
Customers shall not be entitled to interest or penalty for delays caused by pickup, transit, or processing.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before processing or dispatch.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Approved refunds may be subject to applicable transaction or gateway charges.

8. Misuse, Excessive Returns & Fraud Prevention

AStylo In. reserves the right to:
- Deduct ₹99 per 0.5 kg of consignment weight in cases of excessive or abusive returns.
- Refuse return or exchange requests from customers with repeated return behaviour.
- Cancel orders or restrict services, including disabling COD, in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.
For multiple-product orders, return or exchange requests must be raised together for all items.
